Johann van der Walt
Director
Johann completed his LLB degree at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Throughout his articles he spend most of his time focusing on labour and employment law and after being admitted as an attorney, commenced employment with Kirchmans Inc.
During his time at Kirchmans, Johann acted for such blue chip clients as Man Truck and Bus, Grinniker, Adcorp and its affiliates and a number of Municipalities in the Eastern Cape.
Johann has acted on behalf of employees as well as employers and has chaired numerous disciplinary enquiries country wide.
His experience includes representing clients in the CCMA and Bargaining Counsil as well as the Labour Court.
Johann has a masters degree specialising in labour law and is currently a part time lecturer at the Nelson Mandela Municipality University Labour Law Masters Degree Program.
Tewis Labuschagne
Director
Tewis completed his LLB degree at the University of Port Elizabeth in 1999 and was admitted as an attorney on the 7th of March 2002 after completing his articles under Mr. Heine Ungerer.
He practiced as a professional assistant at Heine Ungerer Attorneys until September 2009 at which time he left to found Labuschagne van der Walt Incorporated.
During his time of practicing he gained experience in all aspects of civil and litigation, both in the Magistrates and High Courts.
Tewis represents individuals, companies as well as municipalities.
